The registration for the third National Conference of the "Education for Science" Community will begin on December 6-8, 2019 at the National Physics Library in Magurele. The event will bring together about 200 participants and is addressed to science teachers (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, computer science, technology) from education, pre-university, primary and secondary, school counselors, students who want to start a career in the field of education, members of organizations that carry out educational programs, to all those who want to develop and promote a quality education and careers in the STEM field. Within the 3 days, the participants will have round tables and workshops, project presentations and scientific papers and will also have the opportunity to visit the research institutes and laboratories on the Magurele platform.

The National Conference of the Education for Science is organized through a partnership between the University of Bucharest, the National Research and Development Institute for Nuclear Physics and Engineering - Horia Hulubei, the National Research and Development Institute for Earth Physics, the "Babes Bolyai" University from Cluj-Napoca, "Stefan cel Mare" University of Suceava and "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi and Maritime University of Constanta.

The partners of this project aim to encourage dialogue and exchange of experience between the main actors practicing STEM, interested in education and training, orientation and career development in these areas.

The organizers make available to the participants a limited number of full and partial scholarships, which consist of financial support to cover travel, accommodation and meal expenses.
